Chewie - Male Pomeranian
Chewie is an adorable, itty bitty pommie boy who is about four years old and weighs a mere 4.2 lbs. He is extremely well behaved with a bark as slight as he is. Chewie's housetraining is going well, as he will circle when he needs to potty. He is a very sweet and snuggly boy - not at all a stereotypically yappy pomeranian. He has a beautiful sable coat that is beginning to grow back after a bout with Alopecia X (you can read about the condition by clicking here.) It was determined that Chewie's Alopecia X was caused by a hormonal imbalance, corrected by his neuter. He requires no medication. It will still take several months before his full pommie coat grows back but Chewie remains adorable nonetheless. He gets along well with other dogs and is sweet to everyone he meets. Because of Chewie's tiny size, a home with small children would not be appropriate. Chewie is fostering in New England.
